"White Flag" Emergency Inclement Weather

Procedures and Locations For Refuge

When NOAA reports Temperature or Wind Chill falls below 32

Please refrain from seeking refuge in unsafe and unsecured buildings

The "White Flag" program is a voluntary effort with non-profit agencies and church organizations to help provide shelter and supplies when temperatures drop dangerously low.
