Park View of Fayetteville, LLC; City of Fayetteville
H & H Multi, LLC
Park View is an exciting $15 million dollar project that brings the lush amenities of upscale living to the heart of the City. Upon completion, Park View will feature 47 condominiums and townhomes overlooking some of City's greatest points of pride: the Airborne and Special Operations Museum and the North Carolina Veterans Park.
Park View sits on the former Days Inn site, an infamous symbol of the town's rougher past. The property was acquired by the City and torn down in 2006 after years of complaints. Ralph Huff studied the site for years, trying to figure out exactly what the best use would be. At the groundbreaking, WRAL reported "Fayette-nam no more: Condos replace infamous Days Inn."
The new homes include a 14-unit manor building with 2,379 square foot condominium units, six 2,927 square foot townhomes with private elevators, and 27 loft units at 1,557 square feet. All feature individual garages and many have views overlooking the museum and park. The Freedom Memorial Trail runs along the front of the property and provides a seamless connection to nearby parks.
