    (Fayetteville, NC) – A Crimestoppers tip led to the arrest of Julio Garcia (H/M, 38 years of age), who had outstanding warrants from the Fayetteville Police Department for Indecent Liberties with a Child. The offenses occurred during February 2015 and the suspect was known to the victim.

  • Update to Traffic Crash - Raeford Road

    (Fayetteville, NC) – Officers with the Fayetteville Police Department have identified the pedestrian that was involved in the motor collision on Raeford Road on Friday, May 19, 2017. The pedestrian has been identified as Ja-h Quan Peed (B/M, 14 years of age) of the 6100 block of Timberland Drive. It is with a heavy heart, to report that Ja’h Quan has died as a result of his injuries sustained during the crash.

    (Fayetteville, NC) – On May 7, 2017, Detectives with the FPD’s Special Victims Unit obtained warrants on Jonathan Lee Hair (B/M, 59 years of age), of the 1000 block of Deep Creek Road charging him with 1st Degree Forcible Rape, 1st Degree Kidnapping, Communicating Threats, Assault on a Female, and Violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order.
