With a flash flood watch in effect until 10 p.m. Thursday, motorists in Fayetteville are advised to use caution as the area braces for 1-3 inches of rain that could lead to more potential flooding. Fayetteville streets will be blocked off as needed. Click here for more information.

Carrying on a tradition that began in 1805, the Fayetteville Police Department works to protect the citizens of  Fayetteville. We have over 390 sworn law enforcement personnel and over 180 non-sworn staff members with three districts.
