Heat/Solid Waste and Yard Waste Pickup Update

UPDATE: The City is now encouraging residents to put out yard waste carts in the event we can get them picked up this weekend. Citizens should also continue to leave their solid waste carts out at the curb until they are picked up.

Canceled-Cool Spring Downtown District Community Watch

  • Introduction: This group meets the 4th Thursday of every month at 127 Hay Street (Holmes Security Systems building-Rear entrance) at 6:00 PM.

This group was formerly known as the Downtown Alliance (DTA) group.

*UPDATE 04-23-2019*
Per a phone conversation with Bruce Arnold just now, the meeting scheduled for Thursday night (04-25-2019) is now cancelled due to the numerous activities the City of Fayetteville and the Fayetteville Police Department are currently engaged in preparing for and anticipated lack of participation from businesses and residents.

The meeting time has also changed in hopes of getting more people there.  The NEW time is 6:00 PM

Per Bruce and Duncan, the meetings have now been changed to the 4th Thursday of every month (hopefully to increase participation).  The meetings are at the same location.  Time may change….
