SLED-GRA Sledding Event

Bring some gloves and grab your sleds because snow sledding is coming to the Cool Spring Downtown District!

About this Event

For those looking for snow in the Carolinas, get ready to bundle up and experience winter fun for the whole family at Fayetteville’s downtown baseball park, Segra Stadium!

The Cool Spring Downtown District is teaming up with The Woodpeckers and the City of Fayetteville for its first ever SLEDDING EVENT on four sledding hills at your favorite downtown ballpark, Segra Stadium.

Attendees should purchase tickets in advance. SLED-GRA tickets are $5 per person with children two (2) and under FREE. Adults age 65 or over are FREE. Your ticket includes the use of a special sled provided by Snow My Yard, and gives you access to four sledding hills at Segra Stadium, along with a variety of other activities including:

- Kid Zone Playground

- 360 degree walking trail at Segra Stadium

- Winter- themed movie on the Jumbotron

- Foosball, yard games, and face painting

- Hot and cold concessions at the 82nd and Hay Concession Stand

- Adult beverages, including Healy products

Woodpecker fans of all ages are encouraged to come dressed to play on the snow-covered hills behind third base. Four amazing sledding hills will be covered with snow made from ground ice by Snow My Yard. The snow is refreshed between sessions as time allows.

All attendees must sign a waiver, available for print via email, after you purchase a ticket. To assist with crowd control, attendees are encouraged to print and sign waivers in advance and bring the document with them to the event. Tickets will be accepted in print or digital format.

This is a January 4th Friday you don’t want to miss! Purchase your tickets before the snow melts. There are a limited amount of tickets for this event.
