Shooting – Homicide Investigation

(Fayetteville, NC) – On February 20, 2021 at 3:26 pm, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department were dispatched to a shooting at 2166 Skibo Road (Zaxby’s).

The preliminary investigation revealed an adult male victim was shot in the chest in the parking lot and pronounced deceased on scene. His identity is currently being withheld pending next of kin notification.
