Operation Ceasefire: Movie Night

(Fayetteville, NC) – The next Operation Ceasefire Movie Night will be held Friday, May 17, 2019, at Praise Fellowship Church, located at 510 Adams Street in Fayetteville. The event begins at 7:00 pm and the movie is set to start at dusk.

The “Incredibles 2” movie will be shown at dusk. In addition to the movie, a K-9 Demo will be held and we will have a rock wall, bounce house, popcorn, drinks, and more on site.

This is a rain or shine event and an inclement weather plan is in place to keep event attendees out of any possible rain.

The organizers are looking forward to entertaining families while sharing the message of firearms safety. The event is free and open to the public. The goal of Movie Night is to talk with families about gun safety, gun violence, hand out brochures, and the event is a preventative strategy to cease firearm violence.

Operation Ceasefire is a multi-agency collaboration between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to end gun violence. If you would like to learn more about Operation Ceasefire you may call 910-433-1017 or visit
