Economic and Community Development Draft Plans available online

(Fayetteville, N.C.) – The City of Fayetteville’s Economic and Community Development Department, in response to the spread of COVID-19, has made several draft proposals available online.  These plans address the city’s commitment to serving people with low and moderate incomes, building safe, sanitary, affordable housing and executing other neighborhood improvement projects.  The documents for review are the 2020 – 2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan, 2020 – 2021 Annual Action Plan, the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing, the Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Area, and an amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan. 

Community feedback concerning these drafts is necessary to secure entitlement funds used to execute U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development programs and services.  People can view the draft plans online at Public comments will be accepted until April 6, 2020, via email at
