Winter Weather Update (revised 1/18 7:50 a.m.)

CLICK HERE FOR CITY SERVICE SCHEDULES. FAST bus services will begin at 9 a.m. on most routes. Some detours may occur on routes due to the inclement weather. An assessment is ongoing to determine if any routes will not be fully operational. The City of Fayetteville's administrative offices, including City Hall, are operating on a two-hour delay. As of now, offices will open at 10 a.m. Solid waste pickup will operate on its regularly scheduled routes today, with a delayed start for pickup to begin at 9 a.m. Early morning Parks & Recreation programming is delayed with Senior, Gilmore, Tokay, Kiwanis and Westover Recreation Centers opening today at 10am. 2017 Customer Survey

The Fayetteville Fire/Emergency Management Department is conducting our biennial Customer Survey.  This survey is intended to gather vital information from our external customers about the services we provide.  This information is important to our organization so we can evaluate the services we provide to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.  The information gathered will be used to guide the organization’s future through program evaluation and the strategic planning process.  Survey Period (November 1, 2017 - December 31, 2017)
