Kristoff is the Deputy City Manager having served in the Fayetteville City Manager’s Office since August, 2009.  He is an ICMA Credentialed Manager with over 20 years of experience in local government gained in Washington, Montana, Arizona, and North Carolina.  Kristoff was a lawyer and member of the Washington State Bar before transitioning to local government in 1995 when he joined the management team of the new City of Shoreline, Washington.  He earned the following degrees from the University of Washington: Juris Doctorate, Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors of Business Administration, and Bachelors of Arts.
