P19-02F - Rezoning a portion of property from Community Commercial (CC) to Mixed Residential (MR-5), located at 322 Russell Street, (Tax Map # 0437-72-5633) near the intersection of E. Russell and Alexander streets, containing 0.118 +/- acres of 0.44 acres and being the property of J. Duane Gilliam, Jr.

A19-03F - Request for a Variance to allow a reduction in yard setbacks and landscaping requirements, located at 5342 Yadkin Road (Tax Map # 0408-76-1091) near the intersection of Yadkin Rd and Cimarron Dr, containing 0.28 +/- acres and being the property of Matthew & Risa Feldbusch.

P19-06F - A Zoning Map Amendment to remove obsolete Zoning Districts within the City of Fayetteville, to reclassify to the closest matching or appropriate districts within the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and to correct the zoning boundaries to reflect parcel specific districts versus polygons.

 P19-08F - Rezoning of property in the Military Business Park to Conditional Business Park (BP/CZ), located at Lot 21A, Convoy Lane (Tax Map # 0419-14-5610), containing 1.30 +/- acres, to add emergency veterinary hospital to the description of Animal Care Uses and being the property of James Rose.

 A19-16F  - Request for a Variance to exceed the minimum size allowed for a sign in a residential zoning district, (Tax Map # 9498-69-5701) located at 555 N. Reilly Road, containing 3.00 ± acres and being the property of LaGrange Park Baptist Church, represented by Jim Biermann and Joe Reilly Hopson. 

 P19-17F - The issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow a multi-family residential development in the Single-Family Residential (SF-6) District, located at 0 Cliffdale Road (Tax Map # 9487-11-3927), containing 29.55± acres at the intersections of Cliffdale Road and Lowell Harris Road and being the property of Mary Frances Newton Conoly and Virginia Newton Barefoot.

 P19-18F Rezoning of property from a split zoning of Neighborhood Single – Family Residential (SF – 6) to Limited Commercial (LC), (Tax Map # 0436-26-1730) located at 1047 Southern Avenue, containing .68 ± acres and being the property of The Salvation Army, represented by Major Tim Grider and Susan Evans. 

A19-19F. Request for a Variance to allow a storage shed to be located in the front of a house and in the front yard setback, located at 1506 Kara Court and being the property of Natasha and Frank Martin, IV.

A19-21F.  Request for a Variance to subdivide property smaller than the minimum size allowed in the Hospital Area Overlay District based on Section 30-3.H.2 of the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (Tax Map # 0416-98-8131) located at 1291 & 1295 Oliver Street, containing 0.66 +/- acres and being the property of Beatty & Jones LLC. 

A19-22F.  Request for a Variance to allow an increase in the maximum size allowed for an accessory structure in a Limited Commercial Zoning District based on City’s Unified Development Ordinance (Tax Map # 0446-80-5098) located at 1700 Cedar Creek Road, containing 1.13 +/- acres and being the property of John Finger.

A request to amend a previously approved Conditional Rezoning (P12-22F) in the Office and Institutional (OI) Zoning District to add transitional housing as a permitted use, located at 408 Waddell Drive (Tax Map # 0428-47-5987), containing 0.70+/- acres off Murchison Road at the intersections of Waddell Drive and Rosemary Drive and being the property of John and Pearlie Hodges.

P19-24F.  Conditional Rezoning of property from Mixed Residential 5 (MR-5) to Conditional Mixed Residential 5 (MR-5/CZ) located at 202 Highland Ave. (Tax Map # 0427-94-9877), at the intersections of Broadfoot, Highland and Arsenal Avenues containing approximately 1.08± acres, and being the property of Highland Presbyterian Church Of Fay Trustees. 

 P19-25F. Request to rezone a parcel from Single-Family 10 (SF-10) to Limited Commercial (LC), located at the intersection of Bunce and Raeford Roads, (Tax Map # 0407-20-2487), containing 10.04± acres and being the property of Daniel C. Price, Trustee.
