City Hall to open at 8 a.m./most services on regular operating schedule
City Hall will open at 8 am. FAST buses are on normal operating schedule. Solid waste pickups will begin at their regularly scheduled times this morning. All Parks and Recreation facilities plan to be open to the public no later than 1 pm unless otherwise indicated. The Fayetteville Regional Airport will be open but travelers are encouraged to check with their airlines to verify flight status as there may be delays or cancellations. All One-Stop early voting sites will open at 10 am today. City staff are granted liberal leave as needed and coordinated with their supervisors.

Due to the fact that the rental car companies are housed in side-by-side kiosks, customers benefit from the competition. Several taxicab companies also provide service to customers. Bradley Whited, Airport Director
Brad is the Fayetteville Regional Airport Director for the City of Fayetteville, in which he has served since August 1995.
Previous to Fayetteville, Brad was the General Manager for Corporate Jets Airport Management Services, at Cumberland Regional Airport in Maryland and managed both the Airport and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) fueling and aircraft maintenance operations. He also served as the Commissioner of Aviation for Dutchess County Airport, NY and as the Assistant Airport Manager for Cortland County, NY for a total of 40 years of Airport Management experience.
Brad earned his Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) Certification from the American Association of Airport Executives in 1984, an Associate Degree in Aerospace Technology from S.U.N.Y. Farmingdale, NY, a Bachelor of Science in Airport Management from Middle Tennessee State University, and Master Business Administration from Fayetteville State University.
