Sunbury Drive

Project Overview: 

The Sunbury Drive area is located in the far northern part of the City south of NC-295 and west of Highway 401. It is primarily a residential area with curb & gutter for drainage, but the stormwater collection system is undersized with street, yard and structure flooding noted for several years by residents towards the northeast end of Sunbury Drive. Proposed improvements include 2,700 lineal feet of new or upsized storm sewers on Sunbury Drive, Needham Drive, Rosehill Road and Pleasant Loop Road.
