Update to Traffic Crash – Road Open

(Fayetteville, NC) – All lanes of travel on McPherson Church Road are now open for traffic.

Traffic Accident – Road Closure

(Fayetteville, NC) – Officers with the Fayetteville Police Department are currently on the scene of a single vehicle traffic accident on McPherson Church Road in front of Westwood Shopping Center where the vehicle collided with the utility pole, causing the pole to break and power lines are currently down.

McPherson Church Road is currently closed in both directions of travel. All traffic is being diverted down Cliffdale Road or Morganton Road. Please use an alternate route.

PWC has been notified and are enroute to replace the utility pole.
