Child Abduction / Amber Alert

           

(Fayetteville, NC) – On Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at approximately 2:28 am, officers with the Fayetteville Police Department were notified of a child abduction that occurred on or about May 2, 2022. An Amber Alert has been issued.

 

The preliminary investigation revealed Lamar Rashad Kinlaw (B/M, 31 years of age) abducted Ivory Ne’Vana Quinones (W/F, 7 years of age) on or about May 2, 2022, from the 500 block of Pebble Bay Trail.


 

Ivory Ne’Vana Quinones is described as a:                          

  • White Female
  • Hispanic Ethnicity
  • 7 Years of Age
  • Approximately 3’08” in height
  • Approximately 67 pounds
  • Short “Bob” Style Brown Hair
  • Blue Eyes
  • Last Seen Wearing
    • Multi-Colored Unicorn Pajama Shirt

 

 

 

The abductor, Lamar Rashad Kinlaw, is described as a:

  • Black Male
  • 31 years of age
  • 6’02”
  • 170 pounds
  • Long Black Dreads
  • Brown Eyes
  • Last Seen Wearing
    • Yellow Shirt
    • Jeans
    • Yellow / Purple Shoes

 

 

The abductor is believed to be operating a red newer model Toyota Rav4. Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department currently have a Warrant for the Arrest of Lamar Kinlaw for Kidnapping.
