The suspect has been identified as Lindwood Melvin (B/M, 35 years of age) of the 6600 block of Norvell Road in Wade, who has been charged with breaking into equipment trailers in neighborhoods near Bordeaux and stealing lawn equipment.

(Fayetteville, NC) – During the first week of September, Officers with the Campbellton Patrol Bureau responded to the Abbott's Park Apartment Complex in north Fayetteville in reference to vehicles that had been burglarized overnight. The suspects went into vehicles that had been left unsecured in the parking lot and removed clothing, wallets, money and other items. While the victims were unaware of what had occurred, they began to receive alerts that stolen financial cards were being compromised and used to complete purchases.

Upon further investigation officers located two males with gunshot wounds inside of the vehicle.

The deceased female has been identified as Glorimar Vega (H/F, 36 years of age) and the deceased male has been identified as Rafael Santiago (H/M, 39 years of age).
