(Fayetteville, NC) – Detectives with the FPD’s Special Victims Unit have charged a suspect in connection with indecent liberties with a child investigation. The incident occurred during June 2006 with an eleven (11) year old juvenile victim. The suspect was an acquaintance of the family at the time of the incident.
