Community Room Meeting Space

The FAST Community Room, located at 505 Franklin Street, is available to individuals or organizations to rent on a first come, first served basis with applicable fees paid in full.  Reservations are accepted at the FAST Center Administrative Office, on the second floor at 505 Franklin Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.  Office hours are 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Rental Rates are:

Nonprofit Organizations: $200 deposit & $130 for 1 to 4 hours, plus $25 each additional hour up to 8 hour maximum.

For Profit Organizations: $200 deposit & $260 for 1 to 4 hours, plus $50 each additional hour up to 8 hour maximum.

City Sponsored or Affiliated Agencies: Fees may be waived by City Manager or designee.

 

Rental Information

  • Full rental fee and deposit are required before facility is reserved
  • Reservations can be taken up to one year in advance
  • Reservations have priority and guarantee use of the assigned area only
  • ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED
  • ROOM RENTALS – the department will grant use of tables and chairs available at the center.All other equipment desired will be the responsibility of the user.Setup and Breakdown will be the users’ responsibility.

Deposits – The user is responsible for leaving area clean and is liable for any damages occurring during use.  If area(s) and equipment(s) are left in good condition or replaced with equipment of equal value, the deposit will be returned and if not, the deposit will be forfeited.

Refunds/Cancellations

  • Cancellations may be made up to 2 weeks prior to the day of the event with a full refund of the deposit/fee
  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the event will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.After 2 cancellations No Refunds will be given.
