The wanted subject was identified as Demonte Deon Jones (B/M, 27 years of age) of the 6400 block of Rockford Drive. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Joseph Matthew Jackson (W/M, 25 years of age) of the 3300 block of Dandelion Lane.
