Please be advised that the Fayetteville City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 @ 6:00 p.m. the meeting will be held at the Multipurpose Room, Room 242, top floor, of the Rudolph Jones Student Center, Fayetteville State University Campus, located at 1200 Murchison Road, Fayetteville, NC
The purpose of the meeting:
CLOSED SESSION
1. Joint Closed Session with the City Council of the City of Fayetteville pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(1) to discuss confidential information submitted to both governmental units in accordance with N.C.G.S. § 132-1.2(1) and pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) to consult with an attorney in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege.
