Anyone desiring to speak must sign up by 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting with the city clerk, located on the third floor of City Hall at 433 Hay St., by using the form below, by phone at 910-433-1312 or by e-mail at pamelamegill@fayettevillenc.gov. No electronic media presentations by citizens are allowed.
The Public Forum shall be held on the second Monday of every month during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Council. Each speaker is allowed three minutes to address City Council and the Public Forum shall last no longer than 30 minutes. Any remaining speakers on the Public Forum list that did not get an opportunity to address the City Council will have the option to have their name placed at the beginning of the next scheduled public forum list of speakers.
