Upcoming Meetings

Believe me, I understand. The Commission meetings are difficult for me to keep up with when they start making changes.

Okay, I will change them all back to the 4^th Tuesday except for the one in November and remove the meeting in December. Keep in mind you will need to let me know in December what exceptions you need for the upcoming year. With 25 Boards and Commission plus sub-committees to calendar, I will not be able to remember next year’s exceptions for the next six months.

Yes Madame. The meetings should take place before the Executive Board Meetings every month which are held the 4^th Thursday of every month, but on the months mentioned below they would need to take place on dates mentioned below.

Based on the attached e-mail you sent last week I have moved all the Awards Committee meetings for the rest of the year to the 3^rd Tuesday of the month. Are you asking me to move them all back to the 4^th Tuesday except for the November meeting?

Also, I do not add meetings for next year until the December time frame. Please send me those near the end of the year.

Jane could you ensure these dates are changed as noted below. All ARA meetings were originally scheduled for the 4^th Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm. but this would not be correct every month because they would need to be scheduled before the Executive Board Meetings.

Willetta,

Please take the necessary actions to the following changes, to include, reservation of the boardroom in ODT.

• Change November 28, 2017 meeting, and reschedule for November 21, 2017
• Cancel December 26, 2017 meeting, City offices are closed. Chair Cuffee, please let us know if you would like this meeting rescheduled or plainly cancelled. If rescheduling, please provide date.
• Change February 27, 2018 meeting, and reschedule for February 20, 2018
• Change March 27, 2018 meeting, and reschedule for March 20, 2018

Please note that the ARA meetings are to be held the Tuesday prior to the Executive committee meeting, which sometimes does not fall on the 4^th Thursday of the month.

Please move the Annual Awards Reception meetings from the 4^th Tuesday of every month to the 3^rd Tuesday of every month. Please cancel the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 27^th at 5:30 p.m. here at Festival Park Plaza.
