Please be advised that the Fayetteville City Council may attend a Special Meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, the 16th day of December, 2016, in the Lafayette Conference Room, 1st Floor, 433, Hay Street, Fayetteville, NC. The purpose of the meeting is for:
