Please be advised that the Fayetteville-Cumberland Human Relations Commission’s 2017 MLK Scholarship Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, to be immediately followed by a reception in the Cape Fear room at City Hall, 433 Hay Street.
