The Permitting & Inspections Department provides Permitting and Building Inspections for the City in accordance with the North Carolina Technical Building Codes and the City of Fayetteville's Code of Ordinances. You can find more information on the links to the left.

Permit Technicians stop issuing permits and collecting money at 4:30 PM
