The Purchasing Department makes every effort to make the most economical acquisition of quality materials and services and the new webpage will assist staff and the business community with that process.
Staff is hopeful that the Purchasing webpage will help increase opportunities for business owners, as well as provide a more transparent process to do business with the City. Additionally, the City maintains an open door policy for all potential bidders and encourages the participation of minority and Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (SDBE) in the purchasing process.
