Relay North Carolina is a free service that provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, or otherwise hearing impaired or speech disabled. This service allows hearing callers to communicate with text-telephone (TTY ) users and vice versa through specially trained operators. To use this service, dial 711 on your telephone keypad.
