Plan Review

Construction Management works with other divisions such as Engineering and Stormwater to review plans for constructability throughout the design process. The team also adds special provisions and related technical specifications required for construction. Construction Management assists with coordination of private utility owners to identify any utility conflicts that may impact the project.

Contract Documents

The Construction Management Team provides estimates and quantities for Engineering and other City departments. The team also works with Purchasing to prepare documents for bids and provide construction timelines.

Citizen Response

Construction Management works to respond to calls from citizens regarding their concerns with City construction sites. Staff responds to citizen concerns promptly.
