Closed-circut Television Inspection (CCTV)
Construction Management is responsible for the inspection of residential subdivision stormwater drainage infrastructure. Inspectors will inspect the inside of a pipe network using a camera system, referred to as CCTV (closed-circuit television) inspection. The inspection of stormwater infrastructure within the right-of-way is done prior to the City's acceptance of the roadway.
Commercial Site Inspection
The Construction Management program inspects commercial sites for sidewalk and driveway installation within the City's Right-of-Way to ensure it is built to City code. Once the sidewalk is accepted, it is cataloged and included in the City’s sidewalk system for maintenance.
