Operation and Maintenance Agreements

All sites which include a Stormwater Control Measure (SCM or BMP) are required to provide an Operation & Maintenance Agreement prior to Infrastructure Permit approval. To provide a complete Operation & Maintenance Agreement, the following items must be provided:

• Declaration of Covenants
• BMP Maintenance Plan
• BMP Maintenance Schedule
• BMP Location Map

Please provide the correct Declaration of Covenants form per the type of project proposed:

• Declaration of Covenants- Commercial
• Declaration of Covenants- Residential (Privately Maintained)
