Sunbury Drive

Project Overview: 

The Sunbury Drive area is located in the far northern part of the City south of I-295 and west of Highway 401. It is primarily a residential area with a curb and gutter for drainage, but the Stormwater collection system is undersized with street, yard, and structure flooding noted for several years by residents towards the northeast end of Sunbury Drive. Proposed improvements include 2,700 linear feet of new or upsized storm sewers on Sunbury Drive, Needham Drive, Rosehill Road, and Pleasant Loop Road.
