Bid Tab Results

After the bid due date for an Invitation For Bid (IFB) the initial bid tab results may be obtained by sending the City Purchasing Division an email of request to CityPurchasingDept@fayettevillenc.gov Bid tab results are not given over the telephone or faxed.

It should be noted that figures shown on an initial bid tab represent those compiled at the time of bid opening and per the terms and conditions of the bid solicitation. Other evaluation factors exist and must be considered before an award recommendation is completed.

Initial bid tab figures are for information only and all such information is subject to further evaluation and analysis. After an award has been made, bidders may make an appointment with the Purchasing Division representative identified in the bid solicitation.  During the visit with the Purchasing Division representative they will review the bid/contract file. Formal award recommendations and any associated bid tabs are entered on the City Purchasing Division webpage.

Bid Documents and Specifications 

Bid/proposal documents and specifications for bids/proposals are available from the contact person given for that listing during regular office hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (Excluding City Holidays). Bids/proposals will be received until the opening/due date and time given. After the bid/proposal has been opened, select the opening/due date to view the bid tabulation results, when available. The bid tabulation is only a summary of the bids/proposals received - not an award. Once the bid/proposal has been reviewed and is awarded by the City Council, or its delegate, the contract awarded information will be shown in the Awarded column.
